DMCA Policy
At Maple Leafs Blood Water, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and promptly process valid DMCA notifications. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Maple Leafs Blood Water service, please notify us by submitting a DMCA notice as described below.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
To file a notice of copyright infringement with Maple Leafs Blood Water, the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on Maple Leafs Blood Water was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Maple Leafs Blood Water may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days, we may, at our sole discretion, replace or restore the removed material.
